i love all your posts! This one is great and i&#039;ll be referring my clients to read Steve&#039;s book and pushing them to zero in on the early users and then really get under the hood to understand their motivations.  I wish more startups applied this approach instead of winging it. :)</description>

I began to &#039;get&#039; this counter intuitive theme when he reminded me that some folks are just darn lucky/unlucky.
