Good post Sean. I’m also struck by the blurring between word of mouth and viral marketing. I’m finding that Word of Mouth specialists are increasingly looking to social media and social software as WOM channels. And from the other direction, I’ve observed that the online communities I’m part of seek one another out in the real world.
